Hot Off The Runway
Yesterday marked the last day of New York Fashion Week 2012. Glitter, cut-outs and sheer pieces dominated the runways. Here are a few of my favorites from the 2012 Fall Collections.

Sunday is Family Day
It was on the Sunday after my birthday that I celebrated with my family. It’s the only day of the week where everyone’s free so we reserve it for some much needed time together.
We had lunch at 1521, a Filipino restaurant with witty names like Munggo ng Mayaman and Potchero ni Tankeko. We actually tried the latter and it was very good.

Ending The Day Right
The task was to pick a restaurant I wanted to have dinner at on my birthday. After going through dozens of restaurants and some deliberation, I decided on a French restaurant called The Crystal Room and made reservations just to be sure, the 14th was a Saturday night after all.

One Saturday Afternoon
Had lunch at Banapple with friends I haven’t seen for ages. That is probably the number one reason why I love school breaks, it gives me a chance to see the people I love more often.
Ordered the bacon-friend chicken with gravy (with just the word “bacon,” you can tell it was delicious) and cheesy baked penne. Bacon and cheese definitely have a spot in my heart.

Baby It's Cold Outside
I woke up to a cold December morning when were staying in Baguio. I bundled up, being the scrawny cold-intelorant person I am. I just thank God I wasn’t there when the temperature hit -14 degrees Celsius.
